The code or sign-in email never arrived
Check your spam folder, and make sure you are using the email you gave us during setup. Codes expire after a few minutes, so request a new one if it has been a while.
It says my email isn’t recognized
You may be entering a different address than the one on your invite. If you are not sure which you used, email us and we will confirm what is on file.
